Climate change and carbon emissions are critical challenges, with commercial buildings driving significant energy use and emissions. China’s building energy demand is expected to rise 80% by 2050, requiring innovative solutions. This study integrates IoT-enabled biophilic design and low-carbon strategies to boost energy efficiency and well-being through real-time adaptation. Combining analysis, simulations, and sensor data, it optimizes design while collaborating with industry to enhance sustainability, indoor environmental quality (IEQ), and carbon reduction.

气候变化和碳排放是重要挑战,商业建筑在能源消耗和排放中占据显著份额。预计到2050年,中国建筑能源需求将增长80%,亟需创新解决方案。本研究结合物联网(IoT)支持的亲自然设计与低碳策略,通过实时适应提升能源效率和人类福祉。研究综合运用理论分析、数字模拟和传感器数据优化设计,同时与行业合作,以促进可持续性、改善室内环境质量(IEQ)并减少碳排放。
